fixed the bug that didn’t allow to use the default names of the characters when starting a game for the first time.

I redesigned the main menu. It is now simpler and cleaner. I also changed its music.
You can now redefine your names and relationships in settings.
The different chapters and events (future updates) are accessible from the main menu.
I also added the Italian translation made by Gin, although it is outdated.
I added a fast mode, there is no more force pauses, you can skip everything. It’s selected by default, you can go back to the normal mode in settings.
